General Terms and Conditions

• You take a tour with Andalucian Laketours at your own risk.
• Andalucian Laketours shall not be liable for any form of damage of injury during the cruise originated.
• Adverse weather could cause the cancellation of your booked cruise. If so you can have a full refund or book another trip
• At least two weeks before departure you can cancel your booking and you will receive your reservation fee return. If you want to cancel, please contact us with your booking ID.
• The captain´s instructions must be followed at all times.
• Misconduct as a result of alcohol or otherwise, is not tolerated and will be the end of the cruise.
• The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
• There are no pets allowed during a tour.
• Smoking is not permitted on board.
• The boat does not have a toilet on board. At the hotel, the bar of the campsite and at the Centro de Interpretacion there are toilets available.
